Here is what I have to say about Frank Haywood’s ‘PerfecteBook.com’.
I know a lot of what is written in it already but I still understand that I need it.

I could ask for a refund but I will not for the simple reason that it’s an excellent example of how to really not let any detail float around or worse not be there at all.

If you believe that you know it all already, you will find some details that are good to know about this or that function in OpenOffice or find a link to an excellent free or very cheap tool or service.

I dare claim that Frank Haywood’s ‘PerfecteBook’ gives you real value for your spent money.

If you are not knowing too much about creating your own e-Books, you are really inflicting yourself unnecessary pain by not buying this perfect book about creating your own e-book or digital book as I prefer to call them.

Having been a subscriber to your emails etc, and purchasing previous products from you, I knew that your perfect-ebook was going to be good for any level of user that would need to use it.

You have surpassed all expectations with this product and it is so easy to follow and get the results that will make my own ebooks look like they were written and compiled like a pro.

Having used open office on and off for some time, i could never get to grips with the formatting etc of my ebooks and very often gave up.
